Economist and senior researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR), OsloMet, with a PhD in economics from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). My research areas include urban and housing economics, particularly house prices and business cycles, housing affordability, rental markets, and how income, housing quality and neighbourhood characteristics relate to residential location choices.

Extensive experience in basic research, commissioned research and economic analysis for public and private sector organisations. Regularly communicate research through talks, media contributions and articles for a general audience.

  • Age-friendly Housing Solutions

    This project addresses examples of age-friendly homes for older people, as well as obstacles municipalities and housing developers encounter during the phases of planning and building such housing solutions.
