Målet med prosjektet er å utvikle kunnskap om hvordan ansatte hos barneverntjenester og fylkesnemnder vurderer og begrunner rammene for, og omfanget av samvær og kontakt mellom barn, søsken og foreldre etter omsorgsovertakelser.
