About
I am employed at the Department of early childhood education (section physical education). Here, I teach and conduct research on movement, health, and nature. I have a master's degree in human movement sciences with a focus on health. Recently, I have submitted a doctoral dissertation in culture studies (University of South-Eastern Norway) focusing on the significance of emotions in the human-nature relationship and how these affect health-related well-being and sustainable attitudes. Ongoing research and development projects I am involved in are:
- Nordic Nature Kindergartens (NORNAK)
- Nature connectedness among preschool teacher students
- Holistic Approach to Increasing Student Exchange (HETBLU)
- GoGreenRoutes og GoGreenNext (Horizon Europe funded projects)
- Barefoot Shoes for Better Walking Stability (Barfotsko for bedre gangstabilitet)
