Teaching

I teach several different PE subjects both in teacher education and in physical education teacher education. I teach both practical and theoretical subjects with a main focus on subjects pertaining to health, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, physical and motor development, play, gymnastics, athletics and basic training.

I am responsible for the course M1KP1200.

Research

My research background and interests is in health and preventative health with a particular focus on resistance exercise, nutrition, overweight, sleep and lifestyle diseases.

Other

I run to Norwegian podcasts centered around education, curiosity and PE.
