Ellen Sethov is an experienced professional and academic leader specializing in innovation, entrepreneurship, technology management, and higher education. As Head of the Innovation, Digital Transformation and Sustainability (IDTS) academic group at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University, she is affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and the research group Technology and Innovation in Organisation and Society (TIOS). Her work focuses on how technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship can contribute to value creation and sustainable development in both the public and private sectors.
