Marit Lensjø is an associate professor in vocational pedagogy at the Department of Vocational Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Education and International Studies at OsloMet. She has academic responsibility for the bachelor program Vocational teacher education. Lensjø has a background as a plumber, engineer, and vocational teacher. Research approach and research interest are in particular phenomenology and ethnography - related to pedagogy and didactics in subject and vocational education in upper secondary school and working life, as well as in vocational teacher training/higher vocational education.
