Jeg er postdoktor ved Institutt for grunnskole- og faglærerutdanning (GFU) ved OsloMet - storbyuniversitetet. Mine forskningsinteresser ligger primært innenfor feltet pedagogisk vurdering og evaluering.

I løpet av doktorgraden min, som jeg fullførte ved Institutt for lærerutdanning og skoleforskning ved Universitetet i Oslo, fokuserte jeg på undervisningskvalitet i grunnskolen og videregående opplæring. Mer spesifikt undersøkte jeg i hvilken grad instrumenter og verktøy som brukes til å vurdere undervisningskvalitet, er nøyaktige, relevante og pålitelige.

For tiden jobber jeg med å utvikle og validere undersøkelsesinstrumenter til en Panelstudie om lærerutdanning (TEPS), som skal brukes til å vurdere implementeringen av lærerutdanningen i Norge.
