About
Mona-Lisa Angell's research spans across pedagogy, art, philosophy, and politics, and explores possibilities for planetary, epistemic, and social justice.
Angell graduated as a preschool teacher from the University College of Oslo's pilot project Multicultural Preschool Teacher Education in 2005. She holds a master degree in multicultural and international education from the University College of Oslo and Akershus (2008), and a Ph.d. in Humanities, Culture, and Education Science from the University of Southeast Norway.
Angell is currenty Co-editor of the journal Reconceptualizing Educational Research Methodology (RERM). She served as the editor-in-chief of the journal Barnehagefolk from 2010 to 2017. She has taught pedagogy at the University College of Vestfold (2007-2010), the Inland University of Applied Sciences (2017-2018), and OsloMet University (2018- today).
