About
Alona Laski is a trained early childhood teacher (OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University) and holds a master’s degree in educational leadership, complemented by further studies in philosophy of education, supervision/mentoring, and project management. Over the past 17 years, she has held a range of practitioner and leadership roles across the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector. Her work has centred on collaborative professional learning and capacity building; she has served as academic coordinator for these initiatives at OsloMet and conducted related work at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Her research examines leadership, supervision and mentoring, diversity leadership, and organisational development in the ECEC sector. She currently leads several continuing education programmes in leadership and supervision.
