About

I work as a researcher at NOVA, department for health and welfare studies. I have a masters in work and organizational psychology from University of Oslo (2011) and a PhD in social work and social policy from Oslo Metropolitan University (2022). In my PhD i investigated employer attitudes towards disabled job seekers and towards disability employment policy.

My research topics are related to inclusion, discrimination and the welfare state. Disability is a central research area. I use qualitative reseach methods with and emphasis on semi-structured interviews and observation.
