About

I work as a researcher at NOVA, department for health and welfare studies. I have a masters in work and organizational psychology from University of Oslo (2011) and a PhD in social work and social policy from Oslo Metropolitan University (2022). In my PhD i investigated employer attitudes towards disabled job seekers and towards disability employment policy.

In my current resarch projects I am investigating discrimination of muslims in the labor market, services for families with disabled children and effects of the corona pandemic for young disabled people.

I use qualitative reseach methods with and emphasis on semi-structured interviews, focus groups and ethnography.
