Jeg har jobbet som professor i biomedisinsk teknologi ved OsloMet siden 2019. Her har jeg ansvar for bachelorkurs i medisinsk teknologi og er koordinator i fordypningsemnet i biomedisinsk ingeniørfag på ACIT-masterprogram. Jeg underviser også på dette programmet og veileder studentenes prosjekter.

Jeg har lang erfaring innen forskning av sensorteknologi for ulike bruksområder. Jeg har jobbet på flere ulike forskningsprosjekter som ble finansiert både av EU og nasjonalt i Irland, Storbritannia og Norge.
