Magritt Lundestad is trained as an early childhood education teacher, primary school teacher, and integrative therapist/supervisor. She has professional experience as a pedagogical leader and centre director within early childhood education settings. She currently teaches and conducts research in leadership, supervision, and organizational development in the early childhood education sector.
Her research areas include supervision in early childhood education, educational leadership, professional competence development, sustainability and resilience in pedagogical and leadership roles, and the use of creative methods in supervisory and reflective practices.
