Forskningsinteressene mine inkluderer språktesting og vurdering, undervisning / læring, lærerutdanning, materialdesign og evaluering, differensiert instruksjon, flerspråklig og fjernundervisning og læringsvansker. Jeg er redaktør og forfatter av flere bind, journalpapirer og bokkapitler og koordinator for Classroom-based Language Assessment SIG - EALTA. Jeg koordinerer og deltar for tiden i forskningsprosjekter om andrespråksvurderingkompetanse (www.taleproject.eu), identifiserer språklige parametere som redegjør for fremskritt i ferdigheter i tester i høy grad og autentisk språkinnsamling i flerspråklige sammenhenger (www.enrichproject.eu & www.palm-edu.eu/en/).
