Hanne Torjusen

Hanne Torjusen har arbeidet ved SIFO siden januar 1997. Hun er utdannet ernæringsfysiolog ved Ernæringslinjen, Universitetet i Oslo, med særlig vekt på samfunnsrettet ernæring (cand.scient. 1996). Hun har arbeidet med forskningsprosjekter om mat i sammenheng med bl.a. økologi, bærekraftighet, helse og ernæring, tillit, og samfunnsdeltakelse gjennom matrelasjoner. Flere av prosjektene har vært flerfaglige av karakter, og de har omfattet både kvalitative og kvantitative tilnærminger. For tiden arbeider hun med sitt doktorgradsprosjekt knyttet til Den norske mor og barn-undersøkelsen (MoBa) som ledes av Folkehelseinstituttet. Doktorgradsprosjektet undersøker bruk av økologisk mat blant de gravide kvinnene som deltar i MoBa, og mulige helseeffekter for mor og barn.
