Growing Up and Looking Forward (GULF) - “Young people with bodily impairments in transitions”
Hensikten med prosjektet er å frembringe ny kunnskap om hva som kan være hensiktsmessige samarbeidsformer mellom ungdom med fysisk funksjonsnedsettelse, deres familier og tjenesteutøvere i helse- og velferdstjenester i overgangen til voksenlivet.
