Gunnar Vittersø, PhD., is a senior researcher at SIFO. His research interests include sustainable consumption and food systems. Vittersø has been part of and led WPs in several major international projects funded by H2020 and Horizon Europe related to sustainable consumption, food systems and organic farming and food products, such as the projects Strength2Food, OrganicPLUS, ImprovAFish and the ERA project FOOdIVERSE
