Vidar Bakkeli is Researcher II at the Work Research Institute. He holds a PhD in Social Work and Social Policy from Oslo Metropolitan University. He is currently working on topics related to the implementation of digital technologies in hospitals, development of new working methods in NAV offices, and public-private partnerships in security work. Additionally, he has broad interests in organization theory, human-technology interaction, and qualitative methods.
