Vilde Bernstrøm has a master in work and organizational psychology and a PhD on organizational change, leadership and sickness absence. Topics of interest include sickness absence, work-health, and inclusion and exclusion from the labor market - as well as other organizational topics such as work hours, the work environment, leadership and organizational change.
