Is a social scientist with a master degree in sociology, has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PPU). Has worked in teacher education since 1997. Associated Professor (førstelektor) in ICT and learning. Head of Study in the period 2011-2019, from the year 2019 became Head of the Department. Research and development work in the leadership period revolves around management, teacher education and ICT.
